The House
The coliving stands out for its pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, which makes students feel at home and helps them unwind after a long day of classes.

It features a spacious living-dining room where you can relax in good company, several terraces, and a wonderful patio where you can enjoy the good weather.

The rooms are designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy. All rooms are individual rooms and equipped with a queen-size bed, a comfortable desk with Ethernet port, built-in wardrobes, heating, ceiling fan, and an electronic security lock. Bathrooms can be private or shared between up to two rooms.
Location
Casa Pometa is strategically located in the heart of Moncada. All necessary services are within a 9-minute walk, including supermarkets, a pharmacy, the metro, a gym, and Cardenal Herrera University (CEU).

Coexistence
​Well-being and peace of mind are paramount for students, so there are some basic rules of coexistence in the house that must be respected. These small habits make the house a friendly place for everyone.

Environmental commitment. Please monitor and reduce your electricity and water consumption.
Respect the quiet hours from 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. Some people need to rest or study.
Out of respect for our neighbors and colleagues, parties are not allowed in the house.

Each student is responsible for cleaning, picking up, and organizing whatever they use.
Let's avoid unpleasant odors by taking out the trash whenever the bin is full.
